Shipping Address
& Policy
Please make sure all information is entered
carefully. Be sure to include a complete address - apartment #, condo
#, or suite # if applicable. We cannot ship to a PO Box.
If there is a mistake or omission in shipping information provided, there
will be an additional fee from UPS that will be charged to the customer.
All gift baskets will be shipped via UPS Monday
- Friday. Please be aware that UPS shipments will not be made on
Saturday, Sunday or national holidays. With this in mind, be sure to
place your order early enough to arrive in time for your special occasion.
During the Christmas holiday season, please allow extra time for shipping. Orders placed by 2 p.m. (EST) will be shipped the following business day unless otherwise
specified.
Our shipping fees are in addition to the price of the item you have ordered.
If you are ordering an item you feel could be shipped at a lesser rate,
please contact us and we will double check the rate that the shopping cart
software has calculated.
We ship UPS Ground unless you request a
different shipping option. Total shipping cost is based on package
weight and destination. Other shipping priorities can be selected as
you confirm your order on-line. In addition, we offer local delivery
to Indianapolis and surrounding areas. If you are shipping to another
country, please contact us directly for shipping restrictions and cost
estimates.
Standard UPS ground delivery times are as follows:
East Coast: ground deliveries take 2 - 3 business days
Midwest: ground deliveries take 1 - 2 business days
West Coast: ground deliveries take 4 - 5 days

For shipments during the month of December, UPS may add an additional day to
these times.

Return Policy & Product Information
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, let us know and we will
provide you a complete refund.
At times, we may need to
substitute an item within one of our gift baskets to ensure freshness and
timely delivery. While this is not a normal occurrence, we will always
use a substitute product of equal or greater value when this occasion
arises.
Occasionally, our suppliers change their product packaging. Packaging
color and type may differ from the pictures on our website.
For best taste, items in the
gift basket should be consumed within 30 days. Once the recipient
opens a package, it should be consumed or proper food storage and handling
guidelines should be followed. Our cheese and summer sausage are
shipped with cold packs to ensure freshness. These items should be
refrigerated upon arrival.
